Fitness Classes at DG1

DG1 offers an extensive range of group fitness classes in our two dedicated class studios.  Group fitness is a great way to work out - as well as meet like-minded people.

Whether you're looking for a high impact workout, strength and conditioning, or something more gentle, there really is a class for everyone.  Our fitness instructors are highly experienced and can deliver a wide range of fitness classes, including the market leading Les Mills workouts. 

Our classes are either 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes in duration.  Fitness classes run throughout the day, from early morning, to an express lunchtime session or an evening workout - all you have to do is decide which is the right time for you!

Les Mills Body Pump*Led by the Fitness Team. Is a weights class for absolutely everyone. This form of weights training will make you toned, lean and fit. Seated TBT (Total Body Tone)Led by the fitness team. A total body workout done primarily in a seated position for our clients with mobility or health issues.
